Director of Project Management

As Director of Project Management, Michele Moore guides and coordinates all aspects of project management and resource allocation at OMIX. Working closely with clients and other project managers, she helps to organize the workflow, monitor the budgets, and ensure effective communication on existing OMIX projects. She also works to optimize the scheduling of OMIX's talented staff of engineers, designers and administrators, and to develop effective systems for internal efficiency at OMIX.

The "circular" organization and unique business culture at OMIX allows Michele to do what she does best: strategize, prioritize, and organize -- without wasting any energy on company politics.

"The lack of internal politics at OMIX encourages people to contribute their best, wherever and whenever appropriate," says Michele. "Also, the open environment here really fosters learning – from your own experiences, and from the experiences of others as well."

Michele brings more than 12 years of management experience in the IT industry to her present position. Prior to OMIX, she worked as Senior Technology Deployment Manager at Network Associates, where she oversaw the testing and deployment of new software to a worldwide user community. For more than a decade, she worked as the Regional IT Manager for the international consulting firm Strategic Decisions Group, managing various projects in London, New York and Boston.

Michele received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
