We are seeking Senior Software Architects with the following qualifications:

• Strong background in OO design methodologies and specific experience with UML and Rational Rose.
• Experience with J2EE design and implementation.
• Experience with EJB-based application servers. Specific experience with BEA Systems Weblogic Server desirable.
• Experience with both UNIX and Windows NT environments.
• Significant experience working with relational databases.

Highly desirable skills include:

• Well-developed technical writing ability for the creation of Design Documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills consistent with our team-oriented environment.

Candidates must be able to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA. Teamwork and good communication skills a must.
